Osia boasts of rare selections of meats sourced directly from boutique farms in Australia. It includes the Australian Bangalow Sweet Pork, from a pedigree naturally bred through sustainable practices, without antibiotics or hormones, for its unique flavour and tender succulence. Gourmands will also appreciate the Mayura Station Full Blood Wagyu, highly sought-after for its incredible marbling, delicate tenderness and rich flavour. It is served with a choice of sauces such as the apple butter barbecue sauce. Pair your meal with your choice of wine, from an extensive list which includes some of Australia’s finest.

Meals are held in a spacious dining area, flanked by a bustling open kitchen on one side and framed by floor-to-ceiling windows on the other. Naturally well-lit with a clean, modern design and a cosy atmosphere, Osia is an easy choice for a leisurely lunch or an elegant dinner date.
