A member of Marriott Bonvoy programme, Madame Fan is a lifestyle-dining concept by acclaimed restaurateur Alan Yau - his first in Southeast Asia. Featuring as The NCO Club’s culinary anchor, the lifestyle destination features a restaurant specializing in masterfully modern Cantonese classics by Executive Chef Mike Tan, as well as a craft cocktail bar.

The Madame Fan experience is led by its pillars of craft, service and ambience, bringing to the fore an old-world experience led by its Art Deco interiors.
