With three different dining concepts - Man Man Unagi by Chef Teppei Yamashita ( Singapore Michelin Guide’s Bib Gourmand awardees Unagi specialty restaurant) , Ramen Hitoyoshi and Tora-Tora under one roof, and room for over 300 patrons, Yamato Izakaya is set to become a stalwart of the local Japanese dining scene.

At Yamato Izakaya, we only use high quality Unagi which is carefully selected by professional breeder and directly imported from Mikawa Isshiki Town in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. Do expect tender, fresh eel grilled to perfection and oozing with flavour, prepared by Chef Nakagawa and the team if you are here.

Ramen Hitoyoshi delights diners with ramen dishes that can be customized to suit individual preferences. The Tonkotsu broth is famed for its rich flavours, Cha Shu which is superbly tender without that meaty-porky taste and infusion of black fungus.

Tora Tora has a very unique menu- ‘futago’ which means pairs or twins in Japanese. For futago, you have to choose 2 don’s from wide array of dons to complete your order. This is the first place in Singapore where you can taste two different dons in one time.
