TORA とら is Japanese for Tiger and the brand was conceptualised and conceived by Chef-owner Ivan Loh. TORA is an embodiment of both western and Japanese fusion delights catered to the local taste buds.

Tucked in a corner of a quaint condo building, the space is well illuminated with TORA’s very own tiger iconography. TORA offers a wide array of Japanese-styled dishes such as the Ichiju-sansai set meals and rice bowls. Apart from the latest offerings, TORA holds a small selection of locally brewed craft beers and a modest range of Echigo brews for you to indulge in.

*Recommendations: Flaming Salmon, Gyudon Bowl, Pork Belly Bowl

A side-note, try TORA’s perk-me-up cafe latte, extracted with a refined combination of Highlander’s beans combined with South America Honduras’ organic beans!
