For Sashimi and Sushi, the freshest fish and seafood are carefully selected from Tsukiji and Hakodate markets. The sushi rice is finely balanced and complements each slice of raw fish perfectly. Made with time-tested experience, each piece of sushi represents the essence of Japanese cuisine.

SHABU SHABU - traditional Japanese hotpot - is best enjoyed leisurely with friends and family. Select from melt-in-your-mouth wagyu beef rib-eye, flavourful kurobuta or fresh seafood accompanied by a selection of vegetables and mushrooms. Our Shabu Shabu soup stock of dashi and konbu is freshly prepared daily to ensure the purest of flavours.
