Garang Grill by New Ubin Seafood

Garang Grill is New Ubin Seafood’s dream of a really good neighbourhood grill. This dream was made possible with the collaboration with Slake & chef Jeremy Cheok who has joined forces with New Ubin Seafood. Along with the acquisition of a traditional Spanish Mibrasa charcoal oven, Garang Grill was formed as a 3 month pop – up to test the concept and market. As the name suggests, Garang Grill offers fierce, bold charcoal flavours that is truly Singaporean. Come and try the Mibrasa char and our interpretation of what a good grill should be.

Garang: Malay for fierce or powerful; Arang: Malay for charcoal

The menu: A grill centric menu featuring good quality meats & seafood accompanied by flavours created with the Singaporean palate in mind.

Our pop up is from March till the 25th of June 2017.
