Perennial favourites including Chili or Black Pepper Crabs, as well as live stations with Roast Beef or Lamb are also served, alongside AquaMarine’s signature Durian Pengat, Soft Served Ice-Cream, and Kueh Kuehs in addition to the lavish spread of sweets to complete your dining experience. AquaMarine presents a newly renovated dining area – Terrace@AquaMarine, with two new Chef’s stations featuring a wider spread of Japanese and Chinese delights. Indulge in thick slices of freshly cut Sashimi, piping hot Tempuras to chilled Soba from the Japanese counter, as well as the savory Roast Meat selection featuring the local Chicken Rice at the Chinese live station.
