A*MUSE seeks to help chefs realise their dreams, and for the world to enjoy the creations of their talents.

This will be the “Heart" for A*MUSE


The open kitchen forms the heart of this space. This kitchen laboratory is for A*MUSE chefs to :
a. experiment, create and test new dishes

b. tolearnfrommasterchefs
c. to collaborate with different chefs
d. to network with different practitioners in the F&B industry from Singapore and different parts of the world.


It will also serve as a space for private dining and events. These private dining events allows for experimentation for new chefs, new menus, new dining concepts.


The spirit of the A*MUSE Space is to provide a haven for chefs to share and support each other’s work, a space to rejuvenate and inspire one’s passion for the kitchen, and environment where industry players can come together to work on growing the F&B scene in Singapore and the region.
