      What is TableDB?
      TableDB helps diners find and make reservations at their favourite restaurants. Participating restaurants make their availability known through TableDB’s electronic reservation system so users, like yourself, are able to view, book and confirm their dining reservations online, instantly.
      How 'instant' are your instant online reservations?
      The moment you confirm your reservation, your name is (figuratively) printed on the table you requested for - just walk up to the host and mention your name to be seated.
      The Secret Behind TableDB's Real-Time Reservations
      TableDB's electronic reservation system is built on Apple’s revolutionary iPad, resulting in a super charged reservation book that is updated on both the restaurant's and user's ends immediately. When you make a reservation on TableDB, your request is instantly reflected in the restaurant's digital reservation book - the same one that the restaurant's host would use to record all reservations. It's just like calling in as you would usually do - only faster and easier!
      What are the advantages of using TableDB?
      With TableDB, you will never need to call in to make reservations again; which means no more having to wait for the restaurant to open before you call, praying that you manage to get through to the restaurant, being put on hold, spelling out your name or hoping that the restaurant's host transcribed what you said right.
      How long will it take for me to make a reservation on TableDB?

      How do I find a restaurant on TableDB?
      TableDB's restaurant search function makes it easy for you to find a restaurant to dine at. Simply type in the name of the restaurant you wish to make reservations at, or use our category search filters to narrow down the list of restaurant to those that suit your current craving.
      Who can use TableDB?
      Anyone able to connect to the internet can use TableDB.
      Do I have to become a member to use TableDB?
      While you are free to search TableDB's restaurant database without logging into your account, a TableDB account is required for making, viewing, modifying and canceling your reservations. With your account, you will also be able to configure your dining preferences and bookmark your favorite restaurants.       Do I have to pay to use TableDB?

      Is TableDB available outside of Singapore?
      TableDB is currently only available in Singapore, but we are looking to expand our services worldwide in the near future.

      Do I have to pay to sign up for an account?
      Absolutely not. Creating an account and making reservations on TableDB is absolutely free for all users.
      Why do I need to sign up for a TableDB account?
      Creating a TableDB account allows you to access the following features on the TableDB website:
      - making online reservations
      - viewing you reservation history
      - modifying or canceling your reservation
      - configuring your dining preferences for all future reservations
      - bookmarking your favorite restaurants for easy access

      How can I know that my data is kept private?
      TableDB takes the protection of the data you provide on our website very seriously and will not disclose/sell your information to any third parties. For more information, please view our privacy policy here.
      Why am I not receiving confirmation and other emails?
      E-mail platforms and Internet Service Providers can easily mistake important messages for junk mail and automatically put them in your spam or trash folder. To ensure the e-mails you've requested land safely in your inbox, please add email@tabledb.com to your safe list. Should you still fail to receive your requested confirmation emails, please contact us at enquiry@tabledb.com
      How do I reset my password?
      On any login page, click "Forgot Password?" to be directed to the password retrieval page.
      How do I add/update my personal information?
      To add/update your personal information, please log in to your TableDB account, click on "Account Information", select the "My Information" tab and click on the "Edit" links in red located beneath the field you would like to add/update.
      How do I manage notifications?
      To manage notifications that you receive from TableDB, please log in to your TableDB account, click on "Account Information", select the "My Information" tab and click on the "Edit Notification" link in red located under the "Manage Notifications" field. There, you will be able to update the types and mode of notifications you receive from us.
      My account has been suspended, how do I re-activate it?
      To request for your account to be re-activated, please contact us at enquiry@tabledb.com.
      How do I bookmark a restaurant?
      To add a restaurant to your 'favorites' list, simply click on the star next to the restaurant's name in the restaurant details page.
      How do I unsubscribe from TableDB's newsletter or other promotions?
      If you would like to unsubscribe from TableDB updates, please click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any TableDB update email.

      How do I sign up for a TableDB account?
      To sign up for your complimentary TableDB account, please click here.
      How do I get your website to remember my login credentials?
      To store your login credentials on TableDB.com, please click on the nonexistent remember me box. For security reasons, however, we would advise that you do so only if you are using a personal computer.
      How do I make a reservation?
      To do so, please select a timeslot closest to the time at which you would like to dine at the restaurant and following the prompts on the following pages to complete your reservation. Please note that you will need to login to/create a TableDB.com account to do so.
      How do I view more available timeslots for a particular restaurant?
      Please click on the restaurant's name to be redirected to the restaurant's information page. Once there, please use the reservation widget at the top of the page to view all available reservation slots for the chosen restaurant.
      What are the steps involved in making a reservation?
      Step 1 - Select a restaurant from the TableDB.com home page.
      Step 2 - Select your preferred reservation time.
      Step 3- Confirm the date, time and party size you are reserving for. You can also add/edit your contact information or any additional reservation notes here.
      Step 4 - Click on "Confirm" to submit your reservations!
      How do I view more information about a resturant?
      To view more information about a restaurant, click on the restaurant's name to be directed to its restaurant details page. Here, you will see all information pertaining to the restaurant, including its operating hours, dress code, payment options, parking details and locational map.
      How do I bookmark a restaurant?
      To add a restaurant to your 'favorites' list, simply click on the star next to the restaurant's name in the restaurant details page.
      How do I login to my TableDB account?
      To login to your TableDB account, click on the "Login" button at the top right of the page, or click here to be directed to the login page.
      How do I access my TableDB account?
      To access your TableDB account, log in to your account and click on your username, located at the top right of the page. Alternatively, you can click here to be directed to your account page.
      How do I reset my password?
      On any login page, click "Forgot Password?" to be directed to the password retrieval page.
      How do I add/update my personal information?

      I can't log into my account, what happened?
      Have you accumulated 4 no-show reservations in a year? If so, your account will be suspended. If you feel that your account has been suspended in error, or to reactive your account, please contact us at enquiry@tabledb.com
      I can't remember my password, what should I do now?

      Can I make a table reservation on my friend's behalf?
      Sure you may; however, do note that only you would be able to modify/cancel the reservation and no-show reservations, if any, will be reflected in your account.
      How 'instant' are your instant online reservations?
      The moment you click "whatsthebutton", your name is (figuratively) printed on the table you requested for - just walk up to the host and mention your name to be seated.
      How would I know my reservation is confirmed?
      You will receive a confirmation email once your table is confirmed, usually immediately after you hit the "Confirm" button on the last step of the table reservation process.
      How can I find the next available table?
      All available openings for online reservations are displayed beneath each individual restaurant's reservation page in 15 minute intervals. Should no results be displayed, no tables at your chosen restaurant are available for online reservations during your preferred date and time; please try another restaurant or a different date/time.
      How do I add a special request or note to my reservation?
      If you have a special request or note for a restaurant, you may enter this information in the "Add reservations Notes for the Restaurant" box provided in the 2nd step of your TableDB reservation process. You can also choose to make known any other special information, such as your birthday or food allergies, in the same step of your reservation process.
      Why did your site say no tables were available, but when I called the restaurant, I got one?
      As a general rule, the availability you see on TableDB.com reflects the actual availability in the restaurant's computerized reservation system at the time of your search.
      What is your cancellation policy?
      While you are free to change your mind about your reservations, TableDB would like to seek your understanding and cooperation of canceling your reservations online or over the phone no less than an hour before the reservation is due. This is to free up tables for potential walk-in customers or other TableDB users.
      Why was my reservation cancelled?
      If you received an email cancellation notice that you believe to be sent in error, please contact us at enquiry@tabledb.com
      How do I view, change or cancel a reservation?
      Please log in to TableDB with your email address and password and click on "Dining History" to view all upcoming and previous reservations made under your account. To change an upcoming reservation, click "Modify". To cancel it, please click "Cancel".
      Why is my reservation missing in my account?
      Would it be possible that you made the reservation over the phone, in person, or under a different email addresses? If you have more than one TableDB account, please log into the account you make your TableDB reservation under to view all your table reservations. If you are certain that there is a missing TableDB reservation from you account, please contact us at enquiry@tabledb.com
    • Dining at the Restaurant
      Do I have to call and confirm my reservations?
      As a general rule, all reservations made on TableDB are confirmed instantly. No future confirmations, in person or phone or writing, is required unless otherwise stated.
      Why do I have to call to confirm some reservations?
      Some of our restaurants do require that you confirm your reservation via phone. This is done to provide a level of security for the restaurant and helps to prevent people from making reservations and not showing up at the stipulated reservation times.
      What is your cancellation policy?
      While you are free to change your mind about your reservations, TableDB would like to seek your understanding and cooperation of canceling your reservations online or over the phone no less than an hour before the reservation is due. This is to free up tables for potential walk-in customers or other TableDB users and prevent the accumulation of a no-show reservation in your account.
      What constitutes a no-show?
      Failure to honor or cancel a reservation if you are unable to honor your reservation, and you do not cancel online or call the restaurant to cancel your reservation ahead of time constitutes as a no-show and will be reflected as such in the system.
      What is your no-show policy?
      Should you accumulate more than 4 no-shows within a year, your account will be suspended.
      What if I feel that a no-show has been assigned in error?
      When a restaurant marks you as a no-show, you will receive an OpenTable notification email. If you feel that your reservation has been recorded as a no-show in error, please let us know at enquiry@tabledb.com
      Are there any fees imposed on no-show reservations?
      Unless otherwise stated, there will be no fees charged for no-show reservations.
      My account has been suspended, how do I re-activate it?
      To request for your account to be re-activated, please contact us at enquiry@tabledb.com.
      Upon turning up, can I bring along an extra guest?
      Your guest is welcome to join you if the restaurant has sufficient room to add another seat to your table. As a general rule, do modify your reservation or update the restaurant by phone/in person should you wish to change your reservation detail.
      I am running late, what can I do?
      Should you be running late, we would recommend that you inform the restaurant of the delay by phone. The restaurant would then be able to inform you if there are any tables available at your new arrival time, or otherwise, so no one will be in for a surprise when you turn up.
      What is the dress code?

      What is the corkage fee?
      The corkage fee, if any, charged by the establishment are listed on each TableDB's restaurant page for your reference.
